A Stow technician arrives with a laser measure and a floor plan template. We record every stud position, every service run, every non-negotiable obstruction — so the design we hand you is the design that fits, without revision.

We model your actual floorplan in our design software and overlay every storage unit to scale. You see exactly where each cabinet lands, how the drawers open without hitting the door, and how the recessed niche sits flush against your tile line.

Cut, edge-banded, and drilled to spec.
Panels are cut on a CNC router from 18mm moisture-rated MDF. Every edge is sealed with 2mm ABS banding. Hinge holes and drawer slides are drilled at the factory — not on-site. By the time the van arrives, the cabinet is already a cabinet.

Moisture-Rated MDF Core
18mm / E1 Emission Class
Every panel is cut from 18mm moisture-rated MDF certified to E1 formaldehyde emission standards. At 95% relative humidity — the peak of a post-shower bathroom — it swells less than 0.8%. Cheap carcass board from a flat-pack kit swells up to 12%.
Soft-Close Hinges
Blum Clip-Top / 110° Opening
Every door is hung on Blum Clip-Top hinges with integrated soft-close dampers. Opening angle: 110°. Rated to 100,000 cycles. The click when the door seals is not an accident — it is a tolerance specification.
2mm ABS Edge Banding
Laser-Applied / Flush Finish
All exposed edges are sealed with 2mm ABS thermoplastic banding, laser-applied with zero glue line. Water cannot wick into the core through the edge — the single most common failure point in bathroom cabinetry.
Full-Extension Drawer Slides
Grass Nova Pro / 40kg Rated
Grass Nova Pro undermount slides give 100% drawer extension with soft-close integrated. Rated to 40kg per drawer. Every divider is purpose-built for the drawer it lives in — not a generic insert dropped in at the last minute.
Lacquer Finish
Water-Based Satin / Anti-Fingerprint
Applied in a controlled spray booth, our water-based satin lacquer is scratch-resistant, anti-fingerprint, and achieves a surface hardness of 4H. It does not yellow, does not peel, and wipes clean with a damp cloth.
